اَللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَدَنِيْ ، اَللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ سَمْعِيْ ، اَللَّهُمَّ عَافِنِيْ فِيْ بَصَرِيْ ، لَا إِلَـهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ ، اَللَّهُمَّ إِنِّيْ أَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْكُفْرِوَالْفَقْرِ ، وَأَعُوْذُ بِكَ مِنْ عَذَابِ الْقَبْرِ ، لَا إِلَـهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
allaahumma 'aafinii fii badanii, allaahumma 'aafinii fii sam'ii, allaahumma 'aafinii fii bashorii, laa ilaaha illaa anta. allaahumma inni a'uudzu bika minal kufri wal faqr, allaahumma inni a'uudzu bika min 'adzaabil qobr, laa ilaaha illaa anta
O Allah, protect my body (from illness and from what I do not want). O Allah, protect my hearing (from illness and disobedience or from what I do not want). O Allah, protect my sight, there is no deity worthy of worship except You. O Allah, indeed I seek refuge in You from disbelief and poverty. I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, there is no deity worthy of worship except You.
